WBJEE is basically a west Bengal joint entrance examination. This examination is conducted for the undergraduate course for those candidates who want to take admissions in the medical and dental courses in the govt and self-financed institutes of west Bengal. This exam is conducted by the west Bengal entrance examination board. There are various numbers of students who all are applying for this entrance for taking the admission in their dream college. Eligibility criteria: –
There are some eligibility criteria for this entrance test. Only those candidate should apply for this entrance test who are eligible according to the requirement of the (WBJEE) West Bengal joint entrance examination. The candidate who wants to appear in this entrance examination he/she must be citizen of India. The candidate must be score at least 50% marks in their 12th examination. A candidate must score 50% marks in some subjects i.e. in the physics, biology (zoology, botany), English, chemistry.
The admit card for the medical course all are available online on the official website. The exam should be conducted only in English medium. The exam has conducted in two batches. The total time occur for the test is maximum 4 hours and 30 min. the physics & chemistry session should be done in the afternoon session or the biology science exam session is held in the morning time. For the good preparation of the exams a candidate must be aware of the exam pattern first. So it is advisable that the candidate can go through with the exam pattern of west Bengal joint entrance examination very carefully. A candidate must be aware about the important topics, duration of examination, marking scheme, types of questions etc. the West Bengal joint entrance examination (WBJEE) is conducted only offline. The result is based upon the answer key published by the university. Answer key provide an opportunity to the candidates that the candidate can guess their results before the result is declared. Answer key contain all the answer of the questions which are mentioned in the question paper. Answer key is published after the exams or before the results. A pdf file of the answer key is present on the official website of the WBJEE.
Counseling and seat allotment process is done after the results should be declared. Only those candidates who have score well and satisfy all the eligibility criteria of the WBJEE can participate in the further counseling and seat allotment process. A candidate can choose the college according to their wish/ desire in the counseling and then the seat allotment procedure is done according to the rank wise. For participating in the counseling session a candidate must carry their admit card with them which were issue during the exams.
